AI-powered radiomics model predicts immune checkpoint inhibitor-related pneumonitis (CIP) in advanced NSCLC patients

Current ICI therapy for lung cancer is limited by unpredictable CIP side effects. This study shows that the PX Platform can develop a prediction signature using CT scans to predict CIP risk in patients receiving immunotherapy. This technology has the potential to improve patient safety in clinical trials and guide personalized treatment plans, benefiting both patients and drug researchers.
