This study evaluates a biomarker built from tumor texture and QVT features (MCombo) to predict progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) in durvalumab-treated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients across PD-L1 subgroups. MCombo showed independent prognostic value for PFS and OS in both PD-L1 high and low groups, highlighting its potential as a predictive biomarker for immunotherapy response. Further prospective validation is needed to confirm its clinical utility.
