First-line small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) relies on platinum chemotherapy and immunotherapy, yet rapid progression underscores a need for better biomarkers.

PhenopyCell is an interpretable computational pathology tool that quantifies immune-tumor spatial architecture on H&E slides. In a multi-institutional retrospective study of 281 SCLC patients across training and validation cohorts, PhenopyCell-derived spatial features independently predicted overall survival and chemotherapy response, outperforming conventional histopathology.
