This study demonstrates a CT-based imaging features (delta-QVT) that is prospectively being validated to identify early responders to immunotherapy in adv. NSCLC patients after just 6 weeks. Delta QVT analyzes changes in blood vessel architecture and tortuosity. Early response identification could allow for improved patient selection and clinical trial design compared to waiting for long-term trial endpoints to mature.
